Last night I fell in love without you. I waved goodbye to that heart of mine Beating solo on your lawn
Every aching wound will cauterize and bruise In memory of what we used to call in love And only time will tell if violins will swell In memory of what we used to call in love We used to call it love
Last night I fell in love without you The coup-de-grace that set me off Would've made for decent fiction
Every aching wound will cauterize and bruise In memory of what we used to call in love And only time will tell if violins will swell In memory of what we used to call in love We used to call it...
Last night I fell in love without you The stars at night aren't as big and bright As you make them out to be
And every aching wound will cauterize and bruise In memory of what we used to call in love And only time will tell if violins will swell In memory of what we used to call in love In memory of when we used to call it love
I know I am not yet ready and so do you. But I was. We were. It's just that all things were not in their proper places.

Just last night, I dreamt one of the most horrifying possibilities that could ever happen to my life. It had something to do about taking the life of one of my very close friends.
In my dream, the scenario was similar to the field trip that I had joined recently. There were three vans and each van was loaded with the same vanmates that we had in our field trip. We had a field trip to somewhere south in Mindanao. In the dream, we were all about to go back home in Davao but upon reaching Digos City, some weird problems were encountered.
First, I realized that some of my vanmates were missing. Moments later, we stopped at a restaurant because I told the driver I really would like to pee. Upon entering the resto, I saw the members of the two other vans. All were panicking because someone told them that if they don't get to urinate for the next minute, they will be left in that place. So I also went running around the comfort room, trying to find a vacant cubicle. Anyway, we all successfully got back in our vans.
Upon getting back, I couldn't find some of my vanmates. When I looked back outside to find them, I saw this certain organization lining up outside our van. They told us to wait. While waiting, I saw a parade of UP students who were about to enter a cemetery but after they have walked about ten to fifteen meters from the entrance, they all stopped and diverged their path to a raging river. By this time, it was already raining hard. I also went to where the people were going. Then I found George and then I called out his name but I accidentally fell down in a manhole but good thing George was there to help me. When I looked back, I saw my friend who also fell down in a larger manhole. The person from that place told me that that manhole is connected to the river, which is currently experiencing dangerous water rapids due to the heavy rain that is currently pouring down, thus if my friend would be sucked in by the water within the manhole, he might be sucked down to the river and might be lost forever.
But no one helped him. Instead, everyone was laughing. He wasn't even crying for help. He never spoke. He just tried to manage to get out of the manhole but eventually, he failed. For a minute, he was gone, probably making his way down the manhole to the main river. And then finally, another close friend blurted out, "hui ba, tulungan niyo si _____ ba, nag-iisa lang iyan sa world..pag namatay iyan, hindi niyo na iyan mapapalitan." After he said those words, we again saw the body of _____ lifeless, floating down the main river.
IT WAS REALLY A HORRIBLE DREAM! T_T I don't want that thing to happen to my friend. :( And just today, he was the first person who called out my name while I was at SM. And swear, I was really happy to see him alive and smiling :D :D :D
"in my lifetime, no river shall take you away from me..."
for you:
"every time I look you're never there and every time I sleep you're everywhere, you're everywhere.

"You have to promise you won't fall in love with me." -Jamie, A Walk to Remember
But LOVE is UNEVITABLE. Is it our fault then?
We fall in love. We get hurt. We heal ourselves. Then we fall in love again. It is always the same cycle, the same situations and the same mistakes. I thought our mistakes should tell us that we are learning. But in the course of love, it seems everyone doesn't learn anything. Everyone would always look stupid.
I don't want to look stupid neither I do not want to not fall in love. Love stories were not meant to end. It should live happily every after. To those fairy tales that have ended, maybe they were not a love story after all, maybe it was just a story but one of the greatest stories ever told.
cheerdance :)

I'm really glad that for this year, I have once again joined the cheerdance competition. Though it took lots of my TIME and ENERGY during the first half of the semester, I still say that it was all worth it.
I gained new friends - especially the first years. I learned how to prioritize things. I learned on how to be graceful even under intense pressure (hello skeletal lab exam!!!). I faced new challenges that may alter the arrangement of the bones in my body (regards to back roll, front roll, split and scorpion). I've watched several movies while waiting for the practices to start. But the best of all, amidst all the bone-cracking, back-breaking stuff that we have to do, I STILL CAME OUT ALIVE and this is the only thing that I have been thankful for :D Well of course, arising as Champions for three straight years in a row is a big PLUS PLUS!
So before I forget it, I would like to thank all those who supported BS Biology and all those who appreciated our routine. To all those who helped: propsmen, cheerers, motivators, sponsors, etc., THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Anyway, after the cheerdance, I promised myself some treats as a reward getting through it all.
pizza :) :) :) (oh yeah, pizza is lalalalove <3>
movie :D :D :D (it isn't a horror movie but I ended up screaming in most parts.haha)
ice cream :P :P :P (i had consumed about at least three drumsticks since after cheerdance)
over-all body massage 8) 8) 8) (sponsored by mom -- it was here that I was told that I had some slight bone disjoints on my back. creepy... )
After I got all these, then I got myself ready again for the crazy life that UP has to offer. Till next time! Ciao :)
